Using FishArchive
FishArchive is a personal fishing log and forecasting tool. You are responsible for the content you upload and for following all local fishing regulations, licensing requirements and access rules. Forecasts, bite windows, lure recommendations and hotspot suggestions are estimates, not guarantees, and must not be relied on for navigation or safety decisions on the water.
Accounts
You may start as a guest and later attach an email, Google or Apple account; your existing catches transfer to that account. Keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
Subscriptions and billing
FishArchive Pro is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe and can be cancelled from your profile. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google; payment is charged to your store account and cancellation, renewal and refunds are managed in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices are shown in your local store currency and may vary by region.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, scrape data in bulk, or use the app to harass others or to locate and exploit protected or restricted waters.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FishArchive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on weather, solunar or recommendation data.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: support@fisharchive.com. See our privacy policy.
